The Effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Employees’ Motivation and Creativity in the Private Sector of Saudi Arabia

By linking HRM practices with employees’ intrinsic motivation and creativity, we sought to evaluate the effectiveness of for improving enthusiasm ingenuity workers. More specifically, investigated impact a package (i.e., job training design) on inherent influence this has their creativeness while performing roles. Data were gathered from 416 employees in private sector Saudi Arabia study how design affected three basic determinants motivation—namely autonomy, relatedness, competence—as well as degree which improvements employee have positive effect creativity. The findings indicate that (1) overall significant motivation, most effective dimensions being task significance, feedback, (2) also motivation. Moreover, (3) results further demonstrate terms encouraging fulfil roles more creative way.
